Day 1: Write Your Goals for the Month

My goals for this month is a combination of things that I want to do and things that I need to do.  So here goes:

- To complete my 30 day Blog Challenge.
- Find an exercise plan that would work for me and stick to it.  (For now running is off the list because of pain on my left knee.)
- Eat healthy = More greens
- Start looking for summer activities or workshops for the kids.
- No soft-drinks on weekdays :(
- No late night eating spree or midnight snacks!
- Go back to reading Medical books at least a chapter a day.

That would be my list for now.  Pretty much realistic but it can be tough, especially when it comes to goals directed at controlling the appetite because sadly, the urge to eat never goes away :(

    1. Hi Mana, I agree... but so far doing good. Hopefully that lazy bug won't check in on me :)
